a)         A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with the Children’s Aid Society of London and Middlesex to provide swim passes for low income families with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for  April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016

 

b)         A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with Family Service Thames Valley to provide family, debt, and personal counselling service to low-income families with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for  April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016

 

c)         A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with Merrymount Family Support and Crisis Care, being the service provider of the “Mutual Aid Parenting Program for Parents and Children (MAPP)” to provide services to low-income families with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program

 

d)         A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with Perth Care for Kids Inc., operating as Perth Middlesex Ontario Early Years Centre, which is operating as the Project Sponsor for the “Seats for Safety” program with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016

 

e)         A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with Perth Care for Kids Inc., operating as Perth Middlesex Ontario Early Years Centre, which is operating as the Project Sponsor for “Supporting Children’s Healthy Development through Play and Literacy” program with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016

 

f)          A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with Perth Care for Kids Inc., operating as Perth Middlesex Ontario Early Years Centre, which is operating as the Project Sponsor for “Supporting New parents Return to Work in Lucan”  program with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for  April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016

 

g)         A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex for the “Can I Play Too” program with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016

 

h)        A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc for the “Can I Play Too” program with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for  April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016

 

i)          A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with the Women’s Rural Resource Centre, operating as the Project Sponsor for  the “Early Literacy in the Home” program with respect to participation in the County of Middlesex’s “Middlesex Supports” Program for April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016

That Amendment No. 5 to the Official Plan for the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is hereby approved, subject to the following modifications to Part “B” – The Amendment:

1.    Section 4 of OPA5 is modified by adding the words “and by deleting the words “and is the only area of the Township serviced by both a municipal water supply and municipal sanitary sewage system” located in the second paragraph.”

2.    OPA5 is modified by adding Section 83) which states “Schedule K: Land Use & Development Sensitivity Areas, is modified by deleting mapping and legend references to the “400 m odour sensitivity area”.”
