COVID-19 Rural Response Survey

The Middlesex County Response to COVID-19 survey is part of a study exploring the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 on residents from small and rural communities across Ontario. It asks participants how they have experienced the pandemic, how their behaviour has changed, and how they believe their behaviour will change in the future.

The lead researcher for the Middlesex County Response to COVID-19 study is Leith Deacon, PhD, Associate Professor, School of Environmental Design & Rural Development, University of Guelph, 519-824-4120 ext. 52521, Leith.Deacon@uoguelph.ca.

Financial support for this project is provided by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) and the County of Middlesex.

The 20-minute survey, Middlesex County Response to COVID-19, is online now until November 5th, 2021. Paper copies with prepaid return postage will also be mailed to Middlesex County households in the near future. All possible steps will be taken to help ensure confidentiality; however, it is possible that information provided may enable identification
