All Are Welcome Here 2025: A Day for Learning How to Combat Discrimination
Since 2018, The London & Middlesex Local Immigration Partnership (LMLIP) and its partners have been organizing the annual event, All Are Welcome Here. The two main objectives of this annual event is: to educate the public on different forms of discrimination, prejudices, conscious and unconscious biases and their implications for immigrants; and to engage the community in the conversation to make the region a more welcoming community.
A highlight of the event is the Welcoming Workplace Award, which recognizes an employers in Middlesex County and the City of London who have demonstrated a commitment to diversity, inclusion and support for newcomer talent within their workforce.
For 2025, Angels Childcare has been named the Middlesex County recipient of this prestigious award! With locations in Arva, Komoka, Thorndale, and Sarnia, Angels Childcare actively welcomes newcomers as part of its expanding workforce, providing them with opportunities to grow and thrive in a supportive environment.
