About the Service
Middlesex County, in partnership with Voyago, will be operating a free shuttle service to help ensure vulnerable and low-income residents access COVID-19 vaccinations and other medical appointments. Through funding provided by the Province of Ontario’s Social Service Relief Fund (SSRF), this shuttle service is intended for Middlesex County residents who have limited transportation options, who face barriers to accessible transportation, and who cannot afford transportation to vaccination appointments, medical clinics, or hospitals.

If you have an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccination or other medical appointment in Middlesex County or London and require transportation to and/or from the clinic, please call Voyago Transportation at 1-888-465-0783 to book your trip.
The Voyago reservation telephone line is open Monday to Sunday from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
*All passengers will be required to complete the COVID-19 screening checklist before boarding the vehicle and must wear a mask for the duration of their trip*
