In Lucan, the Timber Ridge plan proposes to create sixty-one lots for single detached dwellings, one block for medium density townhouse development and three blocks for low density (single and semi-detached) development. The total estimated development yield of the site is approximately 250 units. In Dorchester, the Hawthorne Park subdivision proposes eight blocks for single-detached residential development, four for low and medium-density residential development, three blocks for medium-density, and two mixed-use commercial blocks. The total estimated future development units of the site would be in the range of 350 units to 500 units, plus a potential long-term care facility and commercial uses along Dorchester Road.
