As a member of the nursing team and under the supervision of the Registered Nurse or the Registered Practical Nurse, the Personal Support Worker performs various aspects of resident care in accordance with the policies and procedures of Strathmere Lodge.
The Staff Educator provides support to Departmental Managers by assessing employee training needs and
developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs for staff at all levels. In doing so, meets mandatory
training requirements of provincial long term care home legislation.
Compensation Range: $36.40 - $42.58 (hourly) / $66,248.00- $77,495.60 (salary)
