Middlesex County half-load restrictions will be removed on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 until further notice.

Notice is hereby given that the above Municipal Road Departments will be spraying for weed control and intend to apply the following pesticides registered under the Pest Control Products Act: CLEARVIEW Herbicide with active ingredients: Aminopyralid, present as potassium salt and Metsulfuron-Methyl (Registration #29752).

Due to mild temperatures and forecasted rain, Middlesex County half-load restrictions will be in effect starting February 26 until further notice. To see the map of where these half-load restrictions apply, please visit the Permit Applications page.

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of By-law No. 5650, the Notice By-law, the Council of the Corporation of the County of Middlesex intends to pass a by-law to adopt a new Procedural By-law at its regular meeting of Tuesday March 12, 2024. On November 7, nearly 100 Hydro One employees will work as quickly and safely as possible to disconnect and reconnect power to customers in the vicinity of an 86 km route, starting from the Sarnia Harbour in support of a third-party moving a large vessel.
