As of Monday, August 25, 2025, the Middlesex County-wide burn ban has been lifted until further notice.

Delegates from Middlesex County attended the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) 2025 conference held in Ottawa, where they took the opportunity to engage with provincial officials, advocate for County initiatives, and address pressing challenges facing the region.

The Peter J. Marshall Innovation Award Jury has presented its highest award to Middlesex County for the CARE First Deployment Initiatives led by Middlesex-London Paramedic Service (MLPS).

The roundabout at the intersection of Glendon Drive and Vanneck Road will be closed to all traffic effective Monday, August 18, 2025 until Wednesday, August 20, 2025 to accommodate paving.

Glendon Drive and Vanneck Road will be closed at the new roundabout for paving from Monday, August 18, 2025, until Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

As of Monday, August 11, 2025, a county-wide burn ban has been implemented and will remain in place until weather conditions improve.

Vanneck Road will be closed at the rail crossing south of Nairn Road for emergency CP Rail repairs from Sunday, August 10, until Tuesday, August 12.

Komoka Road is closed between Egremont Drive and Ivan Drive effective Thursday, August 7, 2025, for bridge work. The closure is expected to last until the end of October 2025.
