WARDEN AND DEPUTY WARDEN RIDE COUNTY CONNECT BUS WITH MORNING COMMUTERS
Launch of Route 3 Linking Dorchester, London, and St. Thomas
An event was held on April 8, 2024, to celebrate the launch of Middlesex County Connect Route 3, commencing with a gathering at the Railway City Transit Hub in St. Thomas. Middlesex County Warden Aina DeViet, St. Thomas Mayor Joe Preston, and Jason Keillor, Vice President of Transit Ontario Voyago, along with other distinguished guests, convened at the Transit Hub before boarding the bus. Along the route, Thames Centre Mayor Sharron McMillan and Deputy Mayor Michelle Simbert joined the group at the Dorchester stop in the FlightExec Centre parking lot, further emphasizing the collaborative spirit of the initiative.

Avoid the holiday traffic and parking hassle – hop on Route 1 to Masonville Mall or Route 2 to Masonville and Argyle Malls. Enjoy a festive ride for just $5 one-way!

LIBRARY INFORMATION BOOTHS:
Thank you to everyone who joined us at the library information booths to explore the Middlesex County Connect bus service! The events held at Dorchester Library on November 16 (10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.), Lucan Library on November 22 (10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.), and Ilderton Library on November 22 (2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.) were a great success, and we appreciate your enthusiastic participation.
What Happened at the Booths?
At these booths, attendees had the valuable opportunity to:
- Explore Routes and Schedules: Discovered Middlesex County Connect bus routes and their schedules.
- Learn About Fares and Passes: Gained insights into fares, passes, special offers, and convenient payment methods for their bus rides.

STUDENTS RIDE FOR FREE FROM September 5th TO 8th , 2023
The "Students Ride for Free" campaign, which took place from September 5th to 8th, 2023, was an incredible success! During this special back-to-school initiative, we offered all students complimentary rides on both Middlesex County Connect bus routes. Our goal was to make the students' daily commute as convenient and stress-free as possible as they started a new academic year.
As the promotion has now concluded, we want to extend our heartfelt best wishes for a successful and fulfilling school year to all students. We are here to support your journey year-round. St
Warden and Deputy Warden ride County Connect bus with morning commuters
On the morning of Thursday, June 29, 2023, Cathy Burghardt-Jesson, Warden and Aina DeViet, Deputy Warden of Middlesex County hopped on the County Connect bus on route 1 that runs between Lucan, Ilderton, Arva, and London. They visited different stops throughout the route to gain first-hand experience of the County Connect bus service. The pair talked to riders and gathered feedback and ideas to help improve the system.
