| Do drivers carry money to make change? | No. Exact fare is required. Place cash in the fare box when you get on the bus. |
| Does County Connect operate on holidays and weekends? | Route 1 and Route 2 do not operate on weekends. Route 3 operates on Saturdays, and Route 4 operates on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please note that there is no service on statutory and civic holidays. |
| Are pets allowed on board? | No. Only service animals are permitted. |
| Is there a monthly pass option? | Yes, currently, we only offer a discounted 30-day student pass at $160. The student pass is available to all students, providing unlimited rides on Routes 1–3. Extension of the pass to Route 4 will be considered in 2026—please check back for updates. The student pass is exclusively available for purchase through the Blaise Transit app and is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Download the free Blaise Transit app from the Apple Store or Google Play. Click here for more information on the County Connect App. The pass is non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased. A new pass can only be purchased after the current one expires. To use this pass, students must book their rides through the app and select the pass as the payment method when booking a trip. There is no requirement for students to physically print or display the pass, nor do they need to show their booked trip upon boarding the bus. However, students will need to present their valid student ID when getting on the bus. The bus driver reserves the right to deny boarding if the student ID is not presented. ***Please note that the pass will only appear as a payment option on the app if you have set up a "student" profile within the Blaise Transit App. |
| Does service still operate in inclement weather? | Due to safety concerns, service will not operate if the weather and/or road conditions are deemed unsafe for vehicles to operate. |

Service Provider
Middlesex County Connect service is contracted to a service provider, Voyago, We continuously work with Voyago to ensure the service is always operating to high standards of safety, reliability, cleanliness and customer service.
Covid-19 Health and Safety
Starting Saturday, June 11, 2022, masking will no longer be required in most settings across Ontario, including public transit.
